Product management
Product performance, driven by business value.
It all starts with value, and value isn't guessed: I help it surface. I run workshops to gather and qualify the need, with end users and management whenever possible. When disruption is called for, I set up creative formats to reimagine how things are done. Then value gets calculated: I start from personas - who, which problem, what business stake behind it - to turn intentions into quantified business value, then I prioritise on the value / complexity match, WSJF, not on gut feeling. What we build, what we cut, in which order.
From discovery to launch, I deliver in steady increments and I measure the outcome - ROI and adoption against the initial estimates. When a feature misses its target, the numbers say so, and that steers what comes next. Once shipped, further workshops secure onboarding, adoption and improvement: a regular touchpoint, not a one-off. That's what anchors continuous improvement.
