Product Performance Delivery Change Management

My craft: aligning three levers so a product takes off — value, execution, team buy-in.

Impact

  • −40% Time-to-market on average across the engagements I lead
  • ≈ ×2 Predictability on the teams I work with
  • +30% Business value prioritised on the roadmaps I rebuild
  • 5countries Coordination teams spread across 3 continents
  • 13yrs In product including 4.5 years as an engineer

Approach

  1. A strategy that doesn't ship is just a slide.
  2. Delivery on the wrong priority is just busywork.
  3. A top-down transformation breeds resistance.

In practice: diagnosis, prioritisation, execution. And a clean handover so teams stay in control when I leave.

Who I work with

  • CPO
  • Head of Product
  • Executives
  • Transformation managers

The product is moving too slow. Teams are busy but not shipping. A transformation is stalling. You're looking for someone who goes from diagnosis to execution — not an audit that ends up as a forgotten slide deck.

Inès

AI product for residential property managers.

I'm also building Inès, an AI product that automates document management and customer relations for property syndics. Market of 800,000 condominiums in France. Commercial launch planned for September 2026. It keeps me sharp on founder mode and AI products in real-world conditions.

Focus

AI transformations, pragmatic.

No hype, no doom. Aligning AI use cases with business value and team buy-in. On the ground: the POCs that actually ship, the actual trade-offs, the actual resistance.
